Online since this afternoon, here is an overview of the new elements that we hope will offer you services that are ever more fluid and in line with your expectations.
An improved booking request form - When you wish to make an appointment with a lawyer, the form to be filled in has received some improvements. The most important one is the appointment date. Previously, the client had to indicate one or two specific dates. However, sometimes the lawyer was not available on that specific date, but the day before or the day after. We therefore decided to change the date system to an "availability" system. You tell the lawyer when you can be reached and he will set the appointment date accordingly. This way, no more problems with a lawyer who is absent on a specific date !
New emails - Our new emails allow clients to receive clearer and more complete messages about the booking system via Legal Finder, including deadlines and next actions that will occur. These emails also allow clients to reschedule an appointment in one click, so that they can quickly bounce back if the chosen lawyer has not wished to deal with their case. Finally, these new emails also send the client a summary of the lawyers interested in her case after the first 48 hours, in addition to real-time notifications.
New emails - As for clients, our new emails are designed to clarify the steps involved in requesting an appointment on Legal Finder. In addition, they remind you that, upon acceptance of the appointment request, our invoice is automatically triggered, regardless of the outcome of the case between the client and the lawyer (to guarantee independence). They also indicate to the lawyer whether the file submitted is a file directly addressed to the lawyer or to several lawyers.
A new portal for the lawyer area - Another big novelty for lawyers is their new portal for their lawyer area. It is clearer and more intuitive, and makes it easier to manage their booking requests and their profile.
A Files Management System - With the new portal, lawyers have access to a new tool that allows them to register their clients files (anonymously if they wish, by indicating a reference for example) and to automatically request certain documents from the client. The use of this functionality is very simple: once the client file is opened, you select the documents you need and request them from the client with a simple click. When he downloads them for you via a secure platform, you are informed in real time. All you have to do is consult them in the course of your activities.
